百米水深导管架水下裂纹检测方法选择及应用 被引量:2

摘要 海上油田设施进行水下裂纹检测的方法有多种,检测方法的选择直接影响检测结果的准确性和检测工作所需费用的高低。文中总结了惠州油田2012—2013年度50~110 m水深约700条导管架焊缝裂纹检测的经验,对检测方法的选择、应用进行了介绍,并总结了施工过程中发现问题的处理方法,希望为日后较深水导管架的水下裂纹检测提供参考。 There are several methods for subsea cracks detection, the application of methods determines accuracy of detection results and fees directly. In this paper, about 700 jacket cracks detections within 50 ~110m water depth in Huizhou oilfield in 2012~2013 are summarized. Selection and application of detection methods are introduced. Methods for solving problems in offshore construction are summarized to provide reference for deepwater cracks detection.
