摘要
电气控制系统是数控金属切削机床的核心,文中在对中小型数控机床组成结构进行分析的基础上,详细研究了电气控制系统中的运动控制组件、驱动模块、传感测量模块等部分的功能和配置情况,并对电气控制系统中上、下机位的软件配置情况和状态监测与保护等进行了分析,文中研究成果可为中小型数控金属切削机床的普及和改造提供重要参考。
The electrical control system is the core of CNC metal-cutting machine tools. Based on the analysis of the structure of the small and medium-sized CNC machine tools, this paper studies the function and configuration of the motion control components, drive modules, sensor measurement modules and other parts of the electrical control system.Then the software configuration of upper and lower seats and the status monitoring and protection of the system are analyzed. The research results in this paper can provide reference for the popularization and transformation of small and medium-sized CNC metal-cutting machine tools.
