摘要
介绍了圆形料场堆料机的堆料臂结构形式,并根据其结构特点,对堆料臂的受力情况进行分析研究。研究了拉杆系统位置的选取与堆料臂截面弯矩的关系,提出了拉杆系统位置选取的优化设计思路,改善了堆料臂的受力情况,提高了设备的安全可靠性。不仅能够合理地指导设计,提高设计精度,而且为同类型输送机的设计研究提供了参考。
This paper introduces the structure design style of the stacker boom of the circular stockyard, and analyzes the stress of stacker arm according to its structural characteristics. The relationship between the position of the rod system and the bending moment of the boom is studied. The optimization design of the position selection of the rod system is put forward. The stress of the stacker boom is improved, and the safety and reliability of the equipment are improved. This research not only provides reference for guiding the design, but also improves the design accuracy.
