摘要
介绍了泰州梅兰热电有限公司3×130 t/h循环流化床锅炉炉内喷钙脱硫的气力输送系统存在的问题,为给粉设备、气固混合喷射器和输送用罗茨风机等提出了改造优化方案,使脱硫系统稳定可控,烟气排放数据稳定达标。
This paper introduces the existed problem of 3 ×130t/h CFB boiler calcium spurt and decoke pneumatic transportation system in Taizhou Meilan Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd. The transformation and optimization plans of powder feeding equipment, gas-solid mixed injector and roots blower are put forward. The stability of the desulfurization system is controlled. Standards of flue gas emission data are realized.
