摘要
航空发动机测量装置用于测量发动机某特定部位的温度、压力等参数。基于ANSYS分析软件对某型航空发动机测量装置在发动机工作时的高温条件下进行数据采集时的温度场进行了模拟,分析了测量装置的温度场变化规律,提取了测量装置上特征点的温度变化曲线,为测量装置结构优化提供了依据。
Aero-engine measuring device can be used to measure the temperature, pressure and other parameters of a specific part of the engine. Under high temperature working condition, the temperature field of an aero-engine measuring device is simulated using ANSYS software, through which the change rule of the temperature field is analyzed and the temperature variation curve of the feature points is extracted. The results provide a basis for the structural optimization of the measuring devices.
