摘要
为防止顶驱伸缩臂未回至中位情况下悬吊系统下放造成下压二层台猴台,导致人员、设备伤害事故的再次发生,通过对顶驱基本控制原理研究,引入连锁控制方式,采用PLC可编程控制原理进行编程,实现连锁控制,经过现场不断反复实践,先后实现了二层台猴台、转盘面等位置可编程连锁控制,从根本上消除了顶驱使用中存在的隐患,确保了本质安全。
If the suspension of the top drive telescopic arm returns to the neutral condition, the damage of the suspension system will result in the recurrence of personnel and equipment damage. By studying the basic control principle of the top drive, PLC programmable control principle is used in programming to achieve coordinated control. After repeated practice on the scene, this paper achieves programmable coordinated control of the second monkeyboard and rotate plate. Thus, the latent danger from using topdrive had been eliminated.
