摘要
研究了ZJ116卷接机组噪声控制问题,找出了噪声过大的原因,独创噪声选配法,减少刀盘驱动的噪声;完善密封设计,切断噪声传播途径。对设备进行了改进,自主搭建了刀盘驱动综合试验台,测试结果表明刀盘驱动噪声降低2.19 d B(A),整机噪声由改进前平均81.68 d B(A)降低到79.6 d B(A)。
The noise control problem of ZJ116 rolling machine is studied, and the reason of excessive noise is found out. Noise matching method is used to reduce the noise of the cutter drive. Seal design is improved to cut off the noise transmission. Cutter drive integrated test bench is built. The results show that the cutter drive noise is reduced by 2.19 d B(A), and the overall noise is reduced from 81.68 d B(A) to 79.6 d B(A).
