摘要
本文采用实验对比法,以普通高校篮球选项班为例,比较传统教学法和领会教学法的优劣.结果显示,传统教学法能显著提高学生的篮球技能,但是对提高学生的认知能力、情意能力,以及比赛表现效果并不明显.而领会教学法恰恰相反,能显著提高学生的认知能力,情意能力,以及比赛表现,但是对提高学生的篮球技能效果并不明显,因此在高校篮球教学过程中,应该把两种教学法结合起来使用.
In this paper, the experimental comparison with ordinary university basketball elective course as an example, compared with the traditional teaching method and the advantages and disadvantages of understanding teaching method. The results showed that the traditional teaching method can improve students' basketball skills, but to improve the students' cognitive ability, affective ability and performance effect is not obvious. On the contrary and understand the teaching method that can significantly improve cognitive ability, students' affective ability and performance, but to improve their basketball skills effect is not obvious, so in the process of Basketball Teaching in Colleges and universities, should have two kinds of teaching methods are combined.
