煤气化技术的选择研究

以某煤炭产区拟发展煤化工产业为例,结合当地煤质和煤化工产品发展定位,对如何选择适宜的煤气化技术进行了探讨。分析了该地区的资源特点、工业基础、市场需求以及交通状况,确定了煤制油或煤制天然气的发展方向。对影响煤气化技术选择的煤质因素、气化技术性能、煤化工产品方向与气化技术的匹配性、气化技术的环保性和技术经济性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,煤质是气化技术选择的最根本因素。对当地原煤试样进行了工业分析、元素分析以及实用性评价,原料煤属于烟煤分类中的1/2中黏煤。根据当地煤化工发展条件和对煤化工产品的需求,从煤质特点与气化技术的匹配性及技术经济方面考虑,认为固定床气化制油并副产天然气是最优的产品方案。

Taking coal chemical industry in a coal producing area as an example, combined with the local coal and development of coal chemical products, the selection of proper coal gasification technology is discussed. The local resource characteristics, industrial base, market requirement and transportation condition are analyzed, and the development trend is determined as coal to oil or coal to natural gas. Some factors which effect the selection of coal gasification technology are discussed including coal characteristics, perform-ance of gasification technology, matching of coal chemical product orientation and gasification technology, environmental protection property and technical economical efficiency. The results show that coal characteristics are the most fundamental factor in gasification technology selection. The proximate analysis, elemental analysis and practical assessment for the local coal are carried out, and the re-sults show that the local coal belongs to 1/2 medium caking coal in bituminous coal classification. According to the local conditions for developing coal chemical industry and demand for coal chemical industry products, considering the matching of coal characteristics and gasification technology and technical economical efficiency, the process of coal to oil with natural gas as byproduct by fixed-bed gasifi-cation is regarded as the optimal product program.
