摘要 U型管式换热器的结构特点决定了其具有良好的热补偿性能和较强的承压能力,在能源、化工和医药等行业得到广泛应用。以某2万t/a苯胺装置节能技改项目的循环物料换热器为例,根据现场空间较小,换热器管、壳程温差较大等现场特点及使用工况条件,选用U型管式换热器,运用Aspen HTFS+软件进行结构设计,得到了优化后的设计结果。基于Aspen HTFS+软件,通过Design模式和Rating模式的设计,对压力降、流速、传热系数等关键参数进行了校核优化及流路分析,得到了U型管式换热器的合理结构,同时得到了换热器的管板分布及壳程、管程的温度分布。该U型管式换热器自2013年投入使用以来,运行稳定,完全达到设计指标,满足生产要求。 U-tube heat exchanger has good thermal compensation performance and strong pressure bearing capacity because of its structural characteristics, so it is widely used in energy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Taking a circulation material heat ex-changer of 20 kt /a aniline unit energy saving technological transformation project as an example, according to the working conditions such as the small space in the field, and the big temperature difference between the heat exchanger tube and the shell, the U-type tube heat exchanger is selected as the design scheme. The structure of the heat exchanger is designed by Aspen HTFS + Software and the optimized design result is obtained. Based on Aspen HTFS + Software, through Design pattern and Rating pattern design, the key pa-rameters such as pressure drop, velocity and heat transfer coefficient are checked, optimized and analyzed, the reasonable structure of U-tube heat exchanger is obtained, the tube plate distribution and the temperature distribution of the shell and tube are also obtained. The results show that the U-tube heat exchanger has operated stably since it was put into operation in 2013, and can fully meet the de-sign targets and the production requirements .
