摘要
自密实混凝土是基于原材料种类和施工工艺两方面创新的成果。传统的自密实混凝土强度足够、能自密实成型,但是存在较大的流动性,容易出现下沉的问题。轻骨料混凝土质量均匀、工作性好。在大坍落度的情况下,轻骨料会出现上浮的问题。自密实轻骨料混凝土不仅具有传统的自密实混凝土、轻骨料混凝土的优势,也能够自密实成型,具有良好的工作性和质量均匀性。本文通过文献检索分析,介绍自密实轻骨料混凝土概念、物理力学性能、工作性能、耐久性能、配合比优化设计以及当前其研究的主要内容和进展。
Self - compacting concrete is based on the innovation of raw materials and construction technology. The traditional self -compacting concrete strength is sufficient, self - compacting molding,but there is a large liquidity, prone to sinking problems. Lightweight aggregate concrete has quality uniform and good workability. In the case of large slump,light aggregate will appear floating problem. Self - compacting lightweight aggregate concrete not only has the advantages of traditional self _ compacting con-crete ,lightweight aggregate concrete but also can be self - com-pacting with good workability and quality uniformity. In this pa-per, the concept, physical and mechanical properties, work per-formance , durability, mix and optimization design of self _ com-pacting lightweight aggregate concrete and the main contents and progress of the research are introduced.
