高密度住宅的发展思路——基于“印度维杰亚瓦达花园宅”对高层建筑的认知与讨论

本文以"Penda"事务所设计的"印度维杰亚瓦达花园"为例,通过对建筑、环境以及城市与建筑相互之间的关系进行分析阐述,在当代城市密度不断增加的形势下,对高层建筑的发展趋势进行了一定解读与预判断,从而得到了包括"模块化格构系统""垂直绿化"等一系列的高层建筑发展思路。

In this paper,the author takeVijayawadaGarden Estate by penda for an example,through the analysis of the relationship- between,architecture,environment and the ci ty ,th e development trend of the high rise building on the basis of the increasing den-sity of the contemporary city is a certain interpretationandpre judgment, thus the development trend of high rise buildings, in-cluding the a vertical green^ and a modular shelf^ are obtained.
