The Cracking Reasons and Its Comprehensive Control on Concrete Floor of High Rise Housing

近年来,高层住宅混凝土楼板开裂屡见不鲜,已成为建筑工程质量通病。本文综合分析了导致现浇混凝土楼板开裂的原因,提出混凝土楼板裂缝的针对性的综合控制方法,以期将楼板开裂的可能降至最低。

Recently, the cracking on concrete floor is very com-mon for high rise housing, which has been a general quality prob-lem of building engineering. In this paper, the reasons of the cracking of concrete floor was comprehensively analyzed. Some targeted measurements should be taken to minimize the possibili-ty of cracking in cast - in - situ concrete floor.
