立式搅拌磨机在超纯铁精矿选矿中的磨矿选型及工业应用 被引量:7

摘要 以新疆鄯善某铁选厂为例,介绍了在超纯铁精矿选矿中的立式搅拌磨机设备选型及工业应用情况。实验室选型实验及工业应用数据表明,选用2台JM-1500型立磨机用于粗精矿的再磨,再磨细度能稳定达到-0.045 mm粒级含量不低于96%,单台立磨机处理能力8~8.5 t/h,能耗约15~16 k W·h/t,铁精矿TFe品位达到71.5%。试验结果表明立式搅拌磨机是超纯铁精矿选矿提纯的有效细磨设备。 With an iron concentrator in Shanshan County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region lor instance, the equipment lectotype and commercial application of vertical stirred mill (VSM) in preparation of ultrapure iron concentrate were investigated. Data coflected Irom laboratory and commercial tests show that,when two JM-1500 type VSMs were introduced for regrinding of bulk concentrate,the lineness with the -0.045 mm range in the pulp exceeded 96% ,while the capacity and energy consumption per mill were 8?8.5 t/h and 15?16 kW , h/t, respectively,and an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 71.5% was obtained. The study testified that VSM is efficient lor line grinding in preparation of ultrapure iron concentrate.
