中国“老年照料三棱锥体”供给体系建设构想

The Construction Conception about Supply System of Elderly Care with Triangular Pyramid in China

随着人口老龄化加快、加剧,老年照料问题已成为我国养老问题的重中之重。目前,我国老年照料的家庭模式正不断衰弱,福利模式覆盖有限,市场模式尚处于培育之中,总之,现有老年照料供给难以满足老年人日益增长的照料需求。结合国外"福利菱形"、"照料菱形"的多元化主体照料体系研究,本研究提出发挥政府、家庭、市场和社区的作用,构建四个主体间相互联系的"照料三菱锥体"供给体系,调动多主体发挥作用,形成解决老年照料问题的合力。

With the population aging, the elderly care has become a priority problem of supporting old people in China. At present, the elderly care of family pattern debilitating, the coverage of welfare pattern is limited,and the market pattern is cultivat. In general, the supply is now difficult to satisfy the increasing of elderly care needs. Combining the researches about the care system of pluralism subject in ＂welfare diamonds＂ and ＂care diamonds＂ from foreignhis article propose that the care with triangular pyramid is structured by the government, the family, the market and the community, he four subjects should.
