摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理联合健康教育在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年3月我院收治的110例剖宫产产妇的临床资料,将入选的产妇采用双盲法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组55例,对照组患者行常规的产科护理措施,研究组患者在对照组的基础上行人性化护理联合健康教育,比较两组患者的干预前后情绪变化、护理后角色转换与新生儿照顾能力及护理满意度。结果:干预后两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪较治疗前均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者角色转换(90.16±7.25)分及新生儿照顾能力(91.25±10.35)分均显著优于对照组的(71.31±6.83,73.27±9.68)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理联合健康教育,能够有效改善剖腹产产妇的负面情绪,并有效了提高了产妇角色转换、新生儿照顾的能力,取得了较高的护理满意度,具有重要临床应用价值。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of humanistic nursing plus health education for parturients with cesarean section Methods : 110 parturients with cesarean section from Mar. 2015 to Mar. 2016 were selected and divided into control group (n = 55) and research group (n=55) randomly. The control group was taken routine nursing and the research group was taken humanistic nursing plus health education The emotion changes, newborn-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results: The symptoms of anxiety and depression were apparently improved after intervention and the improvement degree in research group was higher than control group (P 〈 0. 05). The role-transformation (90. 16± 7. 25) and newborn-care ability (91. 25± 10. 35) were better than control group (71. 31±6. 83,73. 27±9. 68) (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: humanistic nursing plus health education can improve the negative emotion, newborn-care ability and nursing satisfaction for parturients with ce-sarean section.
