摘要
通过采用吸附及再生的实验方法,针对性地研究了NDA-36树脂对龙溪电镀基地实际废水中铜、镍离子的富集回收效果。结果显示,NDA-36树脂在p H依次为3、5,温度为313 K时,对Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附效果达到最佳。Langmuir等温方程对等温吸附线具有较好的拟合效果,拟合分析结果表明NDA-36树脂对Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的最大饱和吸附量分别达到1.971mmol/g和1.130 mmol/g。动态吸附条件下,当出水分别为3 BV、1 BV时Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的依次穿透点。再生实验使Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)再生液最高浓度分别提高到了初始浓度的2.5倍、1.75倍,且回收率均接近100%。该实验为NDA-36树脂在龙溪电镀基地铜、镍的回收工艺提供了实验和数据支持。
Adsorption and desorption experiments are conducted to study the enrichment and recovery factor of NDA-36 resin on wastewater Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) of the plating base in Longxi town. The results show that the specific adsorption efficiency of the NDA-36 resin for Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) were achieved at p H = 3 and 5 respectively and T = 303 K. Langmuir model equation can well-fitting the adsorption data,the biggest saturated adsorption capacity resin of NDA-36 for Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) reached 1. 971 mmol/g and 1. 130 mmol/g. Under the condition of dynamic adsorption,Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) point of penetration is 3 BV and 1 BV respectively. The Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) highest regenerative liquid concentration from desorption experiment respectively up to 2. 5 times,1. 75 times of the initial concentration with the desorption efficiency about 100%. The experiment has provided the experimental and data support for that the application of NDA-36 resin in Cu( Ⅱ) and Ni( Ⅱ) recycling technology of the plating base in Longxi town.
