医院-社区联动模式在社区护理管理中的实践及价值分析

Analysis of Practice and Value of Hospital-community Linkage Model in the Community Nursing Management

目的分析研究医院—社区联动模式在社区护理管理中的实践及价值。方法 2015年3月—2016年12月为时间段,以72名社区护士为研究对象,护理管理中,实施医院—社区联动管理模式,分析该管理模式的应用价值。结果对比实施前后护理质量指标评分,实施后显著优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,实施后,护士理论及技能考核成绩显著优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理管理中,实施医院—社区联动模式,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the practice and value of hospital-community linkage model in the community nursing management. Methods 7 2 cases of community nurses from March 2 015 to December 2 01 6 were selected and the h o sp ita l- community linkage model was implemented in the nursing management and the application value of the management model was analyzed. Results The nursing quality index scores before and after the implementation was compared and the score af-ter the implementation was obviously better than that before the implementation, and the difference was obvious with statis-tical signif icance（P〈0.05） , at the same time, the nurse theoretical score and skill examination scores after the implementa-tion were obviously better than those before the implementation, and the differences were obvious with statistical signifi-cance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation effect of hospital-community linkage model in the community nursing management is obvious, which is worth promotion.
