以医学模拟教育为基础联合标准化患者在妇产科护理教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨以医学模拟教育为基础联合标准化患者在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取该校学生105名进行研究,对照组学生52名使用传统示教方式,观察组学生53名采用以医学模拟教育联合标准化患者相结合的教育形式,对比两组学生对教学满意度和考核成绩。结果观察组理论知识评分(89.6±8.3)分、护理技能考核平均成绩为(90.3±8.0)分,对照组为(80.4±7.6)分、(78.9±10.4)分,前者均显著优于后者数据,且观察组上述成绩优良率明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学满意度为96.2%,对照组仅为78.8%(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理教学中开展以医学模拟教育联合标准化患者教学方式能够改善学生对教学方式的认可度,提升教学效果。 Objective To discuss the application value of standardized patients based on the medical stimulation education in the nursing education in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 105 cases of students in our school were selected and divided into two groups, the control group with 52 cases adopted the traditional education method, while the observation group with 53 cases adopted the standardized patients method based on the medical stimulation education, and the teaching satisfactory degree and examination were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge score and average score of nursing skill examination in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group[(89.6±8.3)scores, (90.3±8.0)scores vs (8 0.4±7.6)scores, (7 8 .9±10.4)scores ],and the excellent and good rate in the ob-servation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) , and the satisfactory degree of students in the observation group to the teaching was 96.2% and of the control group was only 78.8%(P〈0.05). Conclusion The development of standardized patients teaching method based on the medical stimulation education can improve the recognition of students to the teaching method and improve the teaching effect.
