支气管哮喘患者的健康教育研究

Research on Health Education of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的研究支气管哮喘患者健康教育方法及效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年1月该院支气管哮喘共计66例作研究对象,经掷硬币法分组。一组30例,为对照组,实施常规护理。另一组36例,为实验组,实施健康教育。并比较效果。结果实验组的健康知识知晓率较高,护理满意度较高,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘健康教育效果显著,对提高患者健康知识知晓率有确切作用,应推广使用。

Objective To research the health education method and effect of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 66 cases of patients with bronchial asthma admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were s e-lected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 30 cases adopted the routine nursing, while the experi-mental group with 36 cases adopted the health education, and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the awareness rate of health education and nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The health education effect of patients with bronchial asthma is obvious, which has a definite effect on the improvement of health knowledge awareness rate of patients, which should be promoted and applied.
