摘要
目的剖析内科护理管理应用人性化护理的效果。方法将2015年间该科未开展人性化管理工作之时的50例患者和23名护士作为对照组,2016年间开展人性化管理工作之时的50例患者和24名护士作为研究组,分析比较两组护理管理的效果。结果研究组的患者满意度为98.00%,明显比对照组的86.00%高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士的满意度为95.83%,比对照组的78.26%更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于内科护理管理中积极应用人性化管理措施,可提高护士工作的积极性,改善临床护理质量,减少护患纠纷。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic management in the nursing management in the department of in-ternal medicine. Methods 50 cases of patients and 23 cases of nurses in 2015 when the humanistic management work was not conducted were selected as the control group, and 50 cases of patients and 24 cases of nurses in 2016 when the hu-manistic management work was conducted were selected as the research group, and the nursing management effect wascompared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory degree of patients in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(98.00% vs 86.00%), and the difference between groups was obvious(P 〈0.05), and the satis-factory degree of nurses in the research group was higher than that in the control group(95.83% vs 78.26%), and the differ-ence between groups was obvious(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The positive application of humanistic management measures in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine can improve the enthusiasm of nurse work, improve the cl inical nursing quality and reduce the nurse-patient disputes.
