目的分析基层医院传染病预防和管理工作中存在的问题以及解决措施,为预防医院传染病提供指导。方法对基层医院的传染病预防和管理工作中所发生的问题进行相关探讨、分析,针对问题提出相关解决措施。结果基层医院传染病预防与管理中问题诸多,医院需要健全完善与传染病有关的制度、方法、法律,加大宣传法规的力度,投入硬件设施,完善医院传染疾病的预防管理制度,促进医院传染疾病诊治水平、学术水平提升,为医院传染病预防与管理打下坚实的基础。结论针对基层医院传染病预防与管理中的不足之处,需要定期、定时予以监督、检查,针对性地探寻出相对应的解决措施,促进基层医院传染病预防能力提升。

Objective To analyze the problems and solutions in the preventive and management work of infectious disease in the primary hospital and provide guidance for the prevention of hospital infection d isea se s. Methods The problems in the preventive and management work of infectious d isease in the primary hospital were studied and analyzed and the related solutions were put forwards according to the related is su e s. Results There were many issues in the preventive and manage-ment work of infectious d isease in the primary hospital, and the hospital should improve the related system, method and law related to the infectious d isea se, increase the regulation publicity force, input the hardware faci lit ie s, improve the hospital infectious disease prevention and management system and promote the improvement of hospital infectious disease diagnosis and treatment leve l and academic leve l thus laying a solid foundation for the prevention and management of hospital infec-tious disease prevention and management. Conclusion We need to conduct the supervision and examination regularly and in time according to the shortcomings in the preventive and management work of infectious disease in the primary hospital, pointedly search for the corresponding solutions thus promoting the improvement of the prevention ability of infection dis-ease in the primary hospital.
