摘要
2012年颁布实施的GB 50751—2012《医用气体工程技术规范》中要求新建医用气体系统应进行各系统的全面检验与验收,且验收工作应独立进行。但目前的现状是没有专业的医用气体系统官方或第三方检测认证机构作为实施主体;没有配套完善的标准作为检测依据;没有系统规范的检测与计量方法作为手段。"三无"的现状导致新建医院的医用气体系统普遍存在不符合《规范》要求的状况,为今后的医疗安全埋下隐患。本文针对上述现状,就医院建设中医用气体系统第三方检测认证的解决思路进行阐述,与业界同仁共同探讨。
Technical Code for Medical Gases Engineering (GB 50751-2012) ( Technical Code for short) which was put into effect in 2012, requires the newly-established medical gas system should be systematically and holistically tested and accepted, and the acceptance should be done in an independent way. Neverthe-less ,nowadays there are no professional and official third-party organs that test and accept medical gas system as required by the Technical Code, well-developed standards as the testing basis, or systematic and regulated testing and measuring methods as the means. Due to the facts mentioned above, most medical gas systems in newly-established hospitals fail to meet the require-ments in the Technical Code, thus threatening the medical safety potentially. In light of this, the paper discusses how to solve the problems existing in the third-party testing and authentication of medical gas systems in hospitals.
