糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

The Effect of Glucocorticoid Combined with Terbutaline in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease during Acute Exacerbation

目的:研究对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者提供糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗的效果。方法:选取56例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为研究对象,分为普通组(28例)与干预组(28例),普通组患者提供特布他林治疗,干预组患者使用糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗,评估两组患者治疗有效率及血气分析指标结果。结果:用药治疗后,干预组患者PaO_2指标结果高于普通组,PaCO_2指标结果低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者应用特布他林联合糖皮质激素进行治疗,疗效较好。

Objective To study the effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. Method 56 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and divided into common group （n = 28） and intervention group （n = 28） . The department provided terbutaline treatment for patients in common group, and combined glucocorticoid and terbutaline treatment for patients in intervention group to evaluate the treatment efficacy and blood gas analysis index of patients in two groups. Results After meditation treatment, the index of Pa02 for patients in inter-vention group was higher than that of the common group, and the index of PaC02 was lower than that of the common group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease with terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid, Patients with higher treatment efficiency.
