Preferred of Haerwusu Open-pit 9~# Coal Seam Mining Scheme

通过对9~#煤的开采现状分析,分别从露天开采及井工开采方式的角度考虑,提出了2种开采方案,2个方案中首先考虑了露天开采的可能性,确定了露天开采时9~#煤层的开采工艺、开采程序、开拓运输系统等;同时对井工滞后露天开采方案的实施可行性进行了判断。最终确定9~#煤层露天开采方案是最科学、有效、适宜的开采方案。

After the analysis of the present situation of 9~#coal seam,two mining schemes were proposed,firstly the possibility of surface mining was considered,and the technology,the procedure, the transport system and others of 9~#coal seam were determined; at the same time,the feasibility of the implementation that the other scheme was judged. Finally,it is concluded that the scheme of surface mining the most scientific, effective and feasible.
