摘要
基于张家峁煤矿14204综采工作面原有回撤巷道支护方案,分析原有支护方式巷道受力特征,得出巷道支护强度满足安全回撤要求,但垛式支架较为密集,从而导致工作面回撤滞后,回撤周期过长。为解决该问题,根据回撤巷道支护强度特征,提出了支护优化方案。结果表明,该优化方案满足支护安全回撤要求,减小了材料消耗,缩短了工作面回撤周期。
Based on the original support scheme of retracement channel in 14204 mining face in Zhangjiamao coal,applies numerical simulation to make a comparison between the roadway deformation characteristics under stress before and after the optimization of the support technology, which proves that the support intensity is favorable. However, the cog timbering is comparatively dense, leading to lag in retracement and long retracement period. To solve this problem,analyzes the retracement roadway support strength characteristics. The results show that the security requirements aremet, the material consumption is reduced, and the period is shortened.
