深部巷道爆破卸压合理炮孔深度数值模拟 被引量:8

摘要 为节省深部巷道支护成本,降低巷道的围岩应力集中,利用有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了深部巷道数值模型,考虑高地应力的存在,采用隐式-显示转换方式模拟了不同炮孔深度下巷道围岩的爆破卸压效果。在隐式部分通过静力学分析研究爆破前高地应力巷道围岩变形与应力,然后通过隐式-显式转换把隐式求解器的松弛文件附加到显式模型中模拟爆破作用。分析了不同炮孔深度下巷道变形及应力、位移分布变化规律。 In order to save the cost of deep roadway support, reduce the surrounding rock stress concentration, the finite element numerical simulation software Ansys/LS-DYNA was used to establish the numerical model of deep roadway,consider the existence of high ground stress, the implicit-display transformation method was used to simulate the blasting pressure-relief effect of surrounding rock of different roadway depth. Before blasting by static analysis in implicit part study on deformation and stress of surrounding rock in high ground stress roadway, then the implicit solver′ s relaxation file is attached to the explicit model by an implicit-explicit transformation to simulate blasting. The variation law of deformation, stress and displacement of roadway under different depth of blasting hole was analyzed.
