富含有害气体矿井井下探孔封孔工艺探究

摘要 以晋陕矿区某富含硫化氢气体矿井的涌水钻孔封堵为例,通过对钻孔结构、工程地质条件、钻孔涌水情况的分析,制定相应的钻孔封堵方案。并通过数次封堵试验,对封堵方案进行实时调整,最终确定采用分段封闭静压注浆法注浆:根据钻孔结构通过封孔塞将钻孔分为下段和上段,依次注浆封堵。封堵完成后钻孔孔口无水、硫化氢气体涌出,钻孔封堵效果良好。 The process of filling hydrological drilling in coal mine with harmful gas is taken as an example, through analysis of drilling structure, geological conditions and gushing water of the drilling,the corresponding filling scheme is worked out. Through a number of test, the final scheme which use of sub-closed static pressure grouting was determined: according to structure, the drilling is divided into the lower and the upper by the sealing device, grouting in turn. After this process, the drilling without water and harmful gas emission, the drilling filling effect is good.
