基于Cantilever理论的高应力工作面火区治理研究

摘要 针对上覆煤岩体应力分布与火区成因垮落空间特性关联研究的不足,以义马集团耿村煤矿12230高应力工作面为研究背景,基于Cantilever理论,分析了三区应力下的不同碎胀特性,可知低应力区由于受到邻近工作面煤壁上覆岩层悬臂梁结构限制作用,煤体压实程度松散,漏风通道多,供氧充足,是封闭采空区煤自燃的关键区域。 Aimed at the lack of the research on the correlation between stress distribution on the verlying coal-rock and the caving space characteristic of fire area causes, takes 12230 working face in Gengcun high stress coal mine of Yima group as the research background, based on the theory of Cantilever beam, analyzed the different broken expand characteristics under three stress areas. The result shows that broken expand coefficient is larger, the caving coal-rock is looser, fracturing air leakage passages are more and oxygen is sufficient in low stress area due to structure restriction of cantilever beam structure of adjacent coal wall rock layers. This area is mainly governance fire area in the development of goaf spontaneous combustion.
