摘要
在瓦斯管外壁加螺旋加强肋能有效提高瓦斯管的强度并节约材料,在减轻管体重量的同时能降低安装难度和隐患。利用Workbench软件模拟该瓦斯管在同时受到轴向载荷与侧壁外压时的失稳载荷和变形情况。分析对瓦斯管稳定性有影响的几个参数,对相关参数进行优化。
The strengthening of the gas pipe in the outer wall of the gas pipe can effectively improve the strength of the gas pipe and save the material. Workbench software is used to simulate the buckling load and deformation of the reinforced tendon at the same time subjected to axial load and lateral wall pressure. Analyzes several parameters which affect the stability of gas pipe, and optimizes the relevant parameters.
