选煤厂弧形筛击打器自动运行及复位程序设计

Design of Automatic Operation and Reset Program for Coal Preparation Sieve Bend Beater

选煤厂弧形筛在运行过程中存在煤炭堆积,脱水、脱泥及其他介质效果差等问题。针对上述问题,在弧形筛上安装气动击打器,通过气动电磁阀对击打器进行控制,设计并编制其相对应的自动运行及复位程序,实现击打器全自动运行,从而实现弧形筛全自动控制及运行。

To the problems of coal accumulation, dehydration, desliming and other medium effects in the operation process of coal preparation sieve bend beater. In order to solve the problems, the air beater was installed in the sieve bend, through pneumatic electromagnetic valve to control air beater,the corresponding run automatically and reset the program were designed and prepared by computer,the program implements beater fully automatic operation, so as to realize sieve bend beater automatic control and operation.
