摘要
在对摇臂在3种常见工况下的受力特点进行分析基础上,利用UG建立了摇臂的三维模型,导入ABAQUS软件后与销轴等零件进行装配,有限元分析结果显示,该摇臂的最大应力位置在升降油缸的联接耳处,最大位移在滚筒安装前端,同时,摇臂在不同工况下的应力和位移变化较小,稳定性较高,满足井下工作面的恶劣环境要求。
Based on the analysis of the force characteristics of the rocker under three common conditions, the three-dimensional model of rocker arm is established by using UG software and then import to the ABAQUS and assembled with the pin and other parts. The results of finite element analysis show that the maximum stress position of the rocker arm is at the front end of the drum in the connection of the lifting cylinder. At the same time, the stress and displacement of the rocker arm are different, and the stability of it is higher, which can meet the harsh environmental requirements of underground work.
