摘要
设计了一种煤矿井下用的手持式本安型数据采集仪,可以对液压支架的数字压力计的数据进行采集、存储和分析。采集仪以MSP430F149为核心,微功耗设计,采用可充电锂电池供电。采用433 MHz无线自组网通信方式采集和上传数据,上位机数据分析系统对数据进行分析后得出工作面压力结果。
Describes the design of a portable intrinsically safe data acquisition instrument, this instrument can collect data of digital pressure gauge on the hydraulic support data, store data and analysis. Acquisition instrument use MSP430F149 as the MCU, low power consumption, use rechargeable lithium battery for power supply. Using 433 MHz wireless ad hoc communication mode to collect and upload data, use the upper computer data analysis system to analyze the data, get the results of the working face pressure.
