摘要
针对辅巷多通道快速搬家工艺中采用绞车钢丝绳牵引工作面支架的方式,依托工作面支架和回撤掩护支架的功能特点,研发了梁式综采回撤装置。该装置利用综采支架和回撤掩护支架推移油缸伸缩功能,通过圆环链连接工作面支架和梁式回撤装置,实现工作面支架的回撤。
According to the method of using winch steel wire rope to pull the working face support in the moving process with auxiliary roadways, the function features of working face support and remove shield support, the beam withdrawal device was developed. The telescopic function of oil cylinder on working face support and remove shield support was used on the device, the support of working face can be withdrawn by connecting shield support and beam withdrawal device.
