摘要
通过对液黏软起动装置的径向槽摩擦片进行受力分析建立了摩擦片的动力学模型,利用MATLAB软件对系统的可控性进行仿真分析,并利用线性二次型Gauss最优控制对系统进行控制。同时,对软起动装置起动特性进行测试试验,并对最优控制的结果进行了试验测试,证明了理论的正确性。
By analyzing stress of hydroviscous driver of the radial groove of the friction plate, it established the dynamics model of the friction plate.It uses MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the system's controllability, and uses linear quadratic Gauss optimal control system to optimize the design of the system. At the same time, the start-up characteristics of soft starter are analyzed, and the results of optimal control are tested. The results show that the theory is correct.
