摘要
针对装备制造中轴承失效往往引起整个设备或机构的重大故障等问题,基于ANSYS对某双列深沟球轴承的动态接触特性进行仿真研究,以充分认识并掌握轴承动态力学特性及工作状态。双列深沟球轴承的动力学性能仿真结果与利用赫兹点接触理论获得解析计算结果基本吻合,为后续双列深沟球轴承动态下特性设计提供了相关依据和参考。
Because the failure of bearing in the equipment manufacturing industry causes the entire major fault of devices or institutions, the characteristic simulations of dynamic contact for a double row deep groove ball bearing based on ANSYS simulation were carried out in order to fully understand and grasp the bearing dynamic mechanical properties and working condition. The simulation results of dynamic performance for double row deep groove ball bearing was in basic agreement with the numerical results obtained by Hertz contact theory, and this provides basis and reference for subsequent design of double row deep groove ball bearing under dynamic loading.
