职业市场多变性和大学职业服务优化问题研究——以美国特拉华大学为例

摘要 新经济环境下的职业市场瞬息万变,大学职业服务亟待优化,实现从培养学生专业能力向培养学生职业能力的转变。对美国特拉华大学职业服务的特色实践案例进行剖析,发现国内大学需要综合平衡学生专业性技能、通用性技能和职业生涯管理能力的培养,并基于毕业生就职情况的中长期跟踪调查不断加以调整,要不断开发基于专业特点的职业生涯管理培训项目。 Career market changes very quickly in new economy, which calls for optimization of university career service by changing professionalization orientation to employability orientation. Based on the case of University of Delaware's career service practice, it is recommended that career service programs in domestic universities should balance discipline-specific skills, generic skills and career management skills and adjust service according follow-up survey, furthermore, it is necessary to constantly develop the career management skills training programs with feature of specialties.
