不同构造土坯墙玻璃珠-石墨滑移隔震体系受力性能试验 被引量:4

摘要 为研究不同构造的土坯结构玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震体系的受力性能,进行了5个不同构造的玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震土坯墙试件的低周反复荷载下受力性能试验。试件1墙体为370mm土坯墙,试件2墙体为土坯墙夹砌粉煤灰砌块承重节能一体化370mm墙体,试件3墙体为在试件2墙体基础上加设交叉钢筋的墙体,试件4墙体为在试件2墙体基础上内置钢丝网的墙体,试件5墙体为在试件2墙体两端用再生砖代替土坯砌筑的墙体。基于试验,分析了各试件基础滑移隔震性能,研究了不同构造土坯墙的承载力、延性、滞回特性和破坏特征。研究表明:玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震层隔震性能稳定;滑移隔震层上下基础梁限位孔及其限位钢筋装置可有效控制基础滑移限值;相同墙厚的土坯夹砌粉煤灰砌块墙和土坯墙抗震性能接近;加设交叉钢筋的墙体抗剪承载力明显提高;内置钢丝网的墙体整体性好,抗震耗能能力显著提高;墙体端部用再生砖代替土坯砌筑后,由于再生砖强度高于土坯,提高了墙体边缘约束性能,抗震性能明显提高。玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震土坯结构可用于单层土坯农房结构隔震设计。 In order to research the seismic performance of sliding isolation system of glass beads-graphite adobe wall with different structure measures, the low-cycle loading experiments of five composite specimens with different structure measures were conducted with sliding isolation system of adobe wall. The first test model is adobe wall with the wall thickness 370mm; The second test model is adobe wall filled with fly-ash blocks heat insulation inter- layer with the wall thickness of 370mm; The third test model is designed based on the second test model by adding cross bars; The fourth test model is designed based on the second test model by adding the steel wire mesh; The fifth test model is designed based on the second test model by changing the adobe blocks to the recycled bricks at both ends of the specimen. Based on the test, earthquake isolation performance, beating capacity, ductility, hys- teresis property, energy dissipation capacity and failure characteristics of the system were researched. Research shows that:glass beads-graphite based earthquake isolation layer has stable performance; the deformation-limit hole at the upper and lower beam of the earthquake isolation layer and deformation limit device can effectively control the slip limitation; Seismic performance of adobe clip of fly ash block wall is close to adobe wall with the same wall thickness ; The shear bearing capacity of wall adding cross bars is improved obviously ; Performance of the specimen with built-in wire mesh wall is good and the seismic energy dissipation capacity is increased significantly; As to the specimen with recycled bricks at both ends instead of the adobe blocks, since the strength of the recycled bricks is higher than the adobe blocks, the constraint effect is strengthened, the seismic performance is improved obviously. Glass beads-graphite based earthquake isolation adobe structure can be used for the design of single-layer adobe house structure isolation.
