个性化教育公共服务模式的新探索——“双师服务”实施路径探究 被引量:41

摘要 教育公平在现时代已经从实现配置公平、机会公平向实现获得公平转型,但是如何实现优秀师资资源合理配置仍是难点和关键;同时,目前中高考强调增强学生的选择性,但如何保护、发现学生特长,并根据学生特点开展个性化、扬长学习存有教育供给不足的问题。为解决上述问题,该文基于"互联网+"教育角度提出"双师服务"概念,并基于"智慧学伴"教育平台,从如何实现师生精准匹配,如何开展双师微课和双师在线辅导的具体实施过程进行了描述和介绍;最后,该文结合北京市通州区双师服务试点数据,对双师服务效果进行了说明,并从教育供给形态、促进教师在线流转、实现学生个性化精准学习等方面对双师服务特点进行了分析和说明。 Education fairness has been from the realization of allocation and opportunity equity to the acquisition equity, but how to achieve a reasonable allocation of outstanding teachers is still difficult and pivotal of our time. At the same time, the current college entrance examination emphasizes the enhancement of students' selectivity, but there is a problem of inadequate supply of education on how to protect and find the students' specialty, and according to the characteristics of students to carry out personalized and encouraging strong point education. In order to solve the above problems, this paper put forward the concept of "Double Teacher Service" based on the view of "Internet +" education, described how to achieve accurate matching between teachers and students, and how to carry out "Double Teacher Micro-course" and "Double Teacher Online Tutoring" based on the education platform called "Smart Partner". Finally, the article illustrated the effect of "Double Teacher Service" combined with the pilot data of "Double Teacher Service" in Tongzhou District of Beijing, and analyzed and explained the characteristics of "Double Teacher Service"form the aspects of the supply of education, the promotion of the online circulation of teachers and the realization of the students' personalized precision learning.
