摘要
文章将城市绿色生态经济发展划分为社会与经济发展、资源与环境的可持续性和绿色转型发展这三大维度,利用简单随机抽样方法对80个地级市的绿色生态经济发展指标进行了抽样调查,并基于因子分析方法和Q聚类方法对这些指标进行了抽样后分层估计。研究发现,基于改进方案得到的估计值其估计误差都小于通用分层方案下的估计误差,估计精度明显更高。
This paper divides the urban green ecological economic development into three dimensions of social and economic development, sustainability of natural resources and environment, and green transformation drive. The paper uses simple random sampling method to investigate green ecological economic development index of 80 prefecture-level cities, and hierarchically esti- mates these indexes after sampling based on the factor analysis method and Q clustering method. The research result shows that the estimation errors from the improved program are less than those from the general stratification program, and that the improved program obviously obtains higher estimation accuracy.
