林业产业结构变动及其经济贡献的比较分析

Forestry Industrial Structure Transformation and Its Contribution to Economy

文章依据1999—2015年我国三大林区林业产业发展数据,采用动态偏离-份额分析法,对三大林区的产业结构和竞争力进行了动态分析,并在此基础上,利用多部门经济模型分析了林业产业结构变动对三大林区林业经济增长的贡献。基于对各大林区林业经济增长速度、产业结构素质以及区域竞争力优势的分析,提出了各林区林业产业结构进一步调整和优化的若干措施,为我国林业产业经济的良性循环和持续发展提供政策参考。

Based on the data of Chinese three major forest areas＇ forestry industrial economy from 1999 to 2015, this paper gives a dynamic analysis to the industrial structure and competitiveness of the three major forest areas by dynamic ＂shift-share＂ method. On this basis, it employs multi-seetoral economic models to analyze the contribution that the transformation makes to the forestry economic growth. Based on the analyses of the three major forest areas ＇ forestry economic growth rate, industrial structure quality and the advantage of regional competitiveness, this paper proposes several measures to adjust and optimize the forestry in- dustry structure of the three forest areas, which provides a policy reference for the Chinese forestry industrial economy to make a virtuous circle and sustainable development.
