摘要
目的探讨肝癌缺失基因-1(DLC-1)和Fascin在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测94例NSCLC患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中DLC-1和Fascin表达水平。结果DLC-1在NSCLC癌组织中表达率明显低于癌旁组织(40.43%比82.98%,t=36.015、P=0.000),Fascin在NSCLC癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(72.34%比12.77%,t=68.237、P=0.000);DLC-1表达水平与NSCLC的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度明显相关(分别为t=5.942、P=0.015,t=7.690、P=0.006,t=19.615、P=0.000),Fascin表达水平与NSCLC的TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为t=5.708、P=0.017,t=6.970、P=0.008)。结论NSCLC癌组织中DLC-1低表达和Fascin高表达,DLC-1和Fascin可作为NSCLC预后的相关参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of deleted in liver cancer-1 (DLC-1) and Fascin in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC).Methods Envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of DLC-1 and Fascin in 94 cases of human NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues.Results The expression rate of DLC-1 in NSCLC carcinoma tissues was lower than that in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues (40.43% vs. 82.98%, t=36.015, P=0.000). The expression rate of Fascin in NSCLC carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues (72.34% vs. 12.77%, t=68.237, P=0.000). The expression levels of DLC-1 were correlated NSCLC to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and histology grade (respectively, t=5.942, P=0.015; t=7.690, P=0.006; t=19.615, P=0.000). There was a close correlation between the expression of Fascin in NSCLC and TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (respectively, t=5.708, P=0.017; t=6.970, P=0.008).Conclusion The downregulation of DLC-1 and overexpression of Fascin in NSCLC carcinoma tissues may be the reference indicators to detect the prognosis of NSCLC.
