电子鼻结合化学计量学方法在南五味子和北五味子鉴别上的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的利用电子鼻技术结合化学计量学建立快速、有效鉴别南北五味子的方法。方法通过电子鼻技术分别获取20批不同来源的南北五味子样品气味指纹图谱,利用主成分分析(PCA)、统计质量控制分析(SQC)、软独立建模聚类分析(SIMCA)及判别因子分析(DFA)等化学计量学方法对特征数据进行分析处理。结果与其他三种化学计量方法相比较,DFA法可完全区分南北五味子样品,其识别正确率为100%。结论电子鼻技术结合化学计量学方法可实现对南北五味子品种的快速鉴别。 Objective To establish a rapid and effective identification method for the Schisandrae sphenantherae Fructus and Schisandrae chinensis Fructus by using electronic nose technology combined with ehemometrics methods. Methods The odor fingerprint map of twenty batches of different sources of Schisandrae sphenantherae Fructus and Schisandrae chinensis Fructus samples were obtained by using electronic nose technology. The data was analyzed by ehemometrics methods such as principal component analysis (PCA), statistical quality control analysis (SQC), soft independent modeling of class analogies (SIMCA) and discriminant factor analysis (DFA). Results Compared with other three chemometrics methods, DFA method can obviously distinguish between Schisandrae sphenantherae Fructus and Schisandrae chinensis Fructus samples completely, with the recognition accuracy was 100%. Conclusion Electronic nose technology combined with chemometrics methods can achieve rapid identification of Schisandrae sphenantherae Fructus and Schisandrae chinensis Fructus varieties.
