盐胁迫对蒙古扁桃种子萌发及其幼苗耐盐性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨盐胁迫对蒙古扁桃种子发芽及幼苗耐盐性的影响。方法用0.0%~1.0%Na Cl溶液将蒙古扁桃种子胁迫处理,测定对其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数的影响,并按Molhtar和Khayat公式计算其盐敏感指数和耐盐指数。结果低浓度盐胁迫处理对蒙古扁桃种子发芽有一定的促进作用。盐胁迫强度进一步加大则对蒙古扁桃种子发芽产生抑制作用。在较低胁迫强度范围内,蒙古扁桃胚根盐敏感指数的增加是渐进型的,而胚芽盐敏感指数的增加是突发性的。但胁迫强度进一步增加时,胚芽的盐敏感指数增加又变得相对平滑,表现出较强的耐盐性。结论蒙古扁桃种子发芽具有一定的耐盐性,盐胁迫对蒙古扁桃种子发芽的负面影响集中体现在延缓发芽进程和降低种子活力。 Objective The effect of salt stress on seed germination and seedling salt tolerance of Prunus mongolica were studied. Methods P. rnongolica seeds were treated by 0. 0% ~ 1.0% NaCl solution and the germination rate, germination vigor, germination index and vigor index were determined. Salt sensitive index and salt tolerance index were calculated by using the Molhtar and Khayat formulas. Results Low concentration salt tress cloud enhance seed germination, but high concentration salt tress cloud inhabit seed germination of P. mongolica. In low stress intensity range, the increase of salt sensitive index of P. mongolica radicle was gradual, but the increase of the salt sensitive index of the plumule was paroxysmal. But the stress intensity increases further, the increase in salt sensitive index plumule became relatively smooth, showing a stronger salt tolerance. Conclusion P. mongolica seed germination had a certain salt tolerance, salt stress on the P. mongolica seed germination of the negative impact is reflected in the delay in the process of germination and reducing in seed vigor.
