摘要
文章基于在C城区与A县两个具有较强代表性的省级示范区域入户调查数据的描述性统计分析发现,居民对公共文化服务效果的评价呈现出社区(村)——街道(乡镇)——区(县)三级机构逐级递减趋势;同时,C城区与A县居民对公共文化服务效果评价也存在明显差异,并且A县在绝大部分文化服务效果评价上都高于C城区。这些公共文化服务效果评价方面的区域差异与层级倒挂现象与居民对公共文化服务的需求强度、参与情况、需求征集制度和评价监督机制建立实施情况基本一致。
Based upon the survey data we found that residents" public culture service effect evaluation shows a decreasing trend with the increase of culture service organization administrative levels - Community (Village)-Subdistrict(Town)-District(County). In addition, there are evaluation differences between W District's and H County's residents, by and large, H County's residents" evaluation higher than W District's The above-mentioned regional disparity and city-country difference are in accord with the strength of residents" public culture services need, participation frequency, and the construction and implementation culture services need gathering system and su- pervision mechanism.
