摘要
《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》据传为陶弘景及其门人辑录伊尹《汤液经法》,并增补或整合《黄帝内经》(简称《内经》)而成,书中药物五味理论与《内经》有相承的部分和不一致的部分,其特点是在五行学说的基础上以五味功用为鉴药基础,以"苦""欲""急食"为五行补泻目标,通过增加的药物"体""用""化"味,扩展了五行药物的应用功能,同时在汤液经法图中融入进退和数理理论,对于本书理论的研究,有助于更好地理解中医学的发展变化。
It is said that content of Fu Xing JueZang Fu Pharmacy Method was collected by Tao Hongjing and his students from TangYeJingFa and selected from the Inner Canon of Huangdi as the supplement. In this book, the theory about five flavors of herbs is partly developed from the Inner Canon of Huangdi. The characteristic is that the theory was based on the five elements theory, and different flavor goes to specific organ, the book indicates each organ has its own "hate", "desire", "urgency", by herbs " noumenon", "function", "interrelation", in this way, herbs can be used in wider ways, at the same time, other theories like " advance" and " retreat" mathematical theory are also added, so prescription can be varied and flexible, study on this book can help understanding the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
