基于“邪毒致变”探讨Hp相关胃病演变过程证候与基因多态性的关联 被引量:2

摘要 基于"炎癌链学说"提出中医"邪毒致变"观点,认为据此探讨幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与炎症因子、微小核糖核酸(microRNA)基因多态性微效作用累积效应的差异,既能一定程度提示外受与内生之"邪毒致变",在Hp相关胃病(helicobacter pylori-related gastric disease,HPGD)胃黏膜炎症、糜烂→萎缩伴肠化生、异型增生→癌变演变中加重和发生恶性转化的病理特征,也可初步体现不同病理阶段虚实不同证候发生和转化的病机特点。而缘于生物和环境形成之体质状态的可变性,可能亦与HPGD患者不同病理演变阶段的不同证候及其由实到虚、瘀兼夹状态发生和转化过程中群类趋同性易感之表型特征相关联。 Based on "inflammatory carcinoma china theory", the paper puts forward the view of "evil-toxin inducing variation" , and research the difference from cumulative effect on gene polymorphism micro-effect about helicobacter pylori (Hp) infest with inflammatory factor and mieroRNA. It holded that the correlated research not only to hint pathology characteristic of malignant transformation in variation from the gastric mucosa inflammation, anabrosis--+atrophy accompany intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia^canceration on the "evil-toxin inducing variation" of invade and endogeny in Helicobacter pylori-related gastric disease (HPGD) some extent; but also respond the pathogenesis characteristic of generating and converting about asthenia and sthenia syndromes in different pathology stages. The alterability of physical crasis state forming from living being and environment may be related with phenotype characteristic of congregation convergence easy respond in the proceed and convert process about different syndromes and from sthenia to deficiency, blood stasis inclusion state on HPGD.
