摘要
可周转装配式自适应混凝土结构附着件(以下简称可周转混凝土附着件)是用于建筑施工中各类大型施工设备临时附着的结构组件,结构采用装配式设计,能适应一定施工误差,全部组件均可周转使用,可减少设备临时措施的投入成本并提高其安装效率。主要阐述如何在试验室环境下模拟大吨位外爬塔式起重机可周转混凝土附着件的复杂受力试验,试验期间通过对可周转混凝土附着件进行安装、拆卸,验证其装配性能;通过对可周转混凝土附着件的三方位加载,研究其受力变形以及对混凝土墙体的影响情况。根据试验报告相关数据可判定可周转混凝土附着件受力性能及操作性能基本满足理论要求,混凝土墙体在加载力达到300t后需要适当加固。
Reused fabricated self-adaption concrete structure attachments (RFSCSA) are suitable for the temporary attachment of large equipment during construction, which are designed as fabricated and can adapt some construction errors. All the components can reused, the equipment cost is decreased and the installation efficiency is enhanced. In this paper, we expound how to simulate the complicated stress state of large tonnage outer-hanging crane RFSCSA under the laboratory environment, during the test, the assembly ability is also verified through the installation and disassembly of RFSCSA. The stress and displacement form as well as the impact on concrete wall are researched by the tri-axial loading on RFSCSA. According to the test results, the mechanical and operation property of RFSCSA meet the theory requirement, the concrete wall should be strengthened if the loading is beyond 300T.
