摘要 为实现永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)的平稳起动,同时保证电机工作过程中的转子位置检测精度,提出一种PMSM转子位置复合检测和编码器校正方法。在分析正余弦型复合编码器绝对和增量两种工作模式的基础上,首先给出PMSM转子位置的复合检测方法,导出编码器的单向校正方法,并分析其校正误差。根据编码器单向校正误差的对称性,提出编码器的正、反转双向校正方法。结果表明,编码器参考零点标记信号位置校正值与实际相吻合,提出的方法可以保证电机的平稳起动和转子位置检测的精度,并且提出的校正方法同时适用于电机空载和带载的情况。 To make PMSM start smoothly and assure accuracy of PMSM rotor position detection during the motor working, a method of hybrid detection of PMSM rotor position and encoder correction was proposed. Based on analysis of two working modes of a sinusoidal hybrid encoder, a method of hybrid detection of PMSM rotor position was firstly presented, on account of which a method for encoder unidirectional correc- tion was proposed, and errors of the unidirectional correction method were analyzed. Considering the symmetry of errors caused by the unidirectional correction method, a method of encoder bidirectional correction was proposed. Results show that the correction value of the reference signal of the encoder coincides with the actual one, and the method of encoder correction is suitable whether PMSM is loaded or not. The proposed method can guarantee PMSM starting smoothly and the high accuracy of PMSM rotor position detection.
