随着中国城市化进程不断加快,城市土地利用成为热点话题,并深受广大人民群众与政府关注。城市化进程加快和人均GDP逐渐上升的同时,城市土地利用存在的问题日益凸显,并对经济发展和生态环境等造成了一系列问题,本文主要通过文献法对我国城市土地利用现存主要问题进行分析,然后提出了一系列优化土地利用的措施。
